Return & Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchases


At On Stage Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your item, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

  • Receipt Required: A valid receipt is necessary to process any return.

  • Condition of Product: Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in new condition.

  • Resellable Items: Products must be in a condition that allows them to be resold as new.

Exceptions: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Rhinestone Sheet Transfers

  • Rhinestone Adhesive Sheets

  • Hotfix Rhinestone bags

  • Clothing/Masks

  • Sale or Clearance Items

  • Any products that are cut to length at time of purchase: including but not limited to, fabric and trims sold by length.

Defective Items: If your item is defective, please contact us within the 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Defective items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will offer a solution that ensures your satisfaction.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these requirements.

Welcome to On Stage Essentials! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our retail store located in Las Vegas ("Physical Store") and our online store at onstageessentials.com ("Online Store"). By accessing or purchasing from our stores, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2 Purchases & Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash (Physical Store only), and digital payment options.

2.2 Pricing & Taxes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax applies where required by law.

2.3 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2.4 Third-Party Terms: Customers are also subject to the terms of our vendors, including but not limited to Square Inc., which hosts this site and serves as our payment processor.

3. Shipping & Returns

3.1 Shipping Policy: We currently do not offer shipping but plan to soon. When available, we will ship within the U.S. only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping may not be available for all items.

3.2 Returns & Exchanges:

  • In-Store Purchases: Returns accepted within 30 days with proof of purchase, subject to our Return Policy.

  • Online Purchases: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect, subject to our return policy.

  • Certain items, including custom or clearance items, are final sale.

4. Store Policies

4.1 In-Store Conduct: We expect all customers to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

4.2 Online Store Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.
